I think Vonnie and I go back to the 1970’s. We were neighbors and friends who served each other in many ways. I can hear her voice and her laugh now in my mind. We had many, many encounters and conversations thru the years regarding mutual joys, work, faith, devotion and frustration. Always ‘plucky’ and upbeat even if at times thru tears. Ready for a quip, a joke and a laugh. Concerned, loving, always ready and able to pitch in and help. She also had a bit of a temper if one crossed her....she didn’t mind calling a ‘numbskull’ a ‘numbskull’ if occasion called for it. Able to poke fun at herself as well. Devoted to Harold and her children. Readily affectionate, though tough when appropriate. A decidedly good woman who was a blessing to those whose lives she touched. I think she will be straightening out a few things in the spirit world. I look forward to another conversation beyond the veil. Love, Jeff
