Obituary of Barbara M. Parsons
Barbara M. Parsons, 86, of Camp Verde passed away September 3, 2014. A second generation Arizonan, she was born in Cottonwood and lived in the Verde Valley all her life. She was a retired school teacher and had taught 30 years in the Camp Verde School System. She is survived by her sons, Robert (Clela), Curt (Rosie), and Mike (Terri), 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, and her brother, Ed Watts (Lynn). Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Tap, and one grandson. Per Barbara's request no formal services will be held but family and friends are invited to an open house celebration of life at Barbara's home on Saturday, September 20, 2014.
