Obituary of Epifanio Martinez Dominguez
Epifanio “Epi” Martinez Dominguez, 66, of Camp Verde, Arizona peacefully passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on June 28, 2015 in Camp Verde, Arizona. He was born April 28, 1949 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Jose and Herminia Dominguez. Epi was a hard worker, working as a concrete finisher for most of his life but his greatest accomplishment was his son Julio, whom he was very proud of.
He was passionate about spending time with his family, friends and anyone he met or crossed paths with.
Epi is survived by his only son, Julio (Jacquie) Dominguez; ex-wife Juanita "Jenney" Bailon Dominguez; sisters, Juana (Floyd) Lucero, Leticia (Jose Luis) Davila, Cruz “Cuata” (Pancho) Valles, Marisela Dominguez; brothers, Felix (Jessie) Dominguez, Pancho (Maria) Dominguez, Ernesto (LaLa) Dominguez, Raul “Cuate” Dominguez, Ruben Dominguez; grand daughters, Alexis “Lexi”, Jullie, his “Guera” and Deziree “Dezilu” Dominguez; great grand daughter Alessandra Vanay Vargas and countless nieces and nephews.
Epi was preceded in death by his parents Jose and Herminia Dominguez; daughter Veronica Dominguez; sister, Brisida Dominguez.
The last six months of Epi’s life were the happiest times of his life as he was surrounded by family, he will be greatly missed, especially his smile, demand for attention and his desire to have lunch under a mesquite tree.
A visitation will be held 5:00pm, Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Chapel of Bueler Funeral Home 143 W. Arnold Street Camp Verde, Arizona 86322.
