Oh Mom. What a woman you are. I am so glad you are at peace. You were so loved by so many people. You were so taken care of by one of the finest men I have ever known and I know Ron loved you and looks forward to seeing you again. As we all do. Thanks for loving us. Thanks for my life actually. I will miss our time together. Sunday afternoons will be a little more lonely but I will continue to talk with you. Carolyn thanks you for your kindness to her. All my love Mom

I talked with grandma that same week that she passed away. I told her a story about her great granddaughter (whom she adored), and she laughed and laughed and said "oh really" with that Chicago accent she still had. I remember snipe hunts and card games, fishing where my greatgrandpa fished. I loved visiting her as a child in Illinois, so different than the Utah mountains-nights filled with humidity and fire flies. I may have attained my love for traveling from those visits. Upon recent times, she has become a motherly figure (since the passing of my own mom) whose advice I cherished. She loved Ava and Aaron and always told me so. She will be sorely missed. Ron, you have been a blessing to her. She will live through my stories I tell Ava and in my heart. Love your granddaughter, Alicia Beth Christians.

My Dearest Wife, Joanie we have shared hundreds and hundreds of good times, wonderful times with our families and network of friends for over 19 years. Our daily living and private times together are deep in my heart. You are the most wonderful wife that a man could have. I miss you , I miss you. Until we are together again, I have the support of family and friends. I love you , I love you, and I daily pray for your soul. Love, Ron

I helped Ron and Joan build that dream house in Sedona and used to house and animal sit for them when they traveled. They were and are still, very dear friends. We had some great times sipping wine on the deck and watching the animals Ron spoiled. Especially the animals that used to take peanuts right out of his hand. Joan will be greatly missed, my prayers to Ron and her family.
