I want to extend my heartfelt condolences to Margaret and family in the passing of Tom Kerr. I was one of the many co-workers at San Bernardino County Schools that had the privilege of working under Tom Kerr while he served as Director of Internal Business. Tom Kerr was my favorite boss and I can say no one ever replaced his shoes. I learned so much from Tom and soon learned of his integrity, his fairness, his work ethics, his diplomacy, and his ability to solve problems so the job was done with a top priority of checks and balances. Many of his fellow workers were sad the day we were told Tom would no longer be our boss and now once again we feel that same loss. I pray that you will find comfort in the days ahead just knowing how much Tom was appreciated. We know he put in too many hours and as a family you had to constantly push him to take a vacation. Thank you for sharing Tom with us. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, may God bring you comfort as you share his memories. Sincerely, Vicki Egan
