Obituary of Beth Baum

Corena Beth Baum (Beth) age 84, of Flagstaff, Arizona, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at the Flagstaff Medical Center. She was born in Murphy, North Carolina on September 28, 1934, to the late Vincent and Marie (Kephart) Marcus. Beth was married to her late husband, Charles Edgar Gentry in 1954. She later married Ferris Lloyd Baum in 1983 after moving to Flagstaff, Arizona in 1970.

Beth (mom) was a very kind, loving and generous lady. Her love towards family and friends was unconditional, as well as her kindness towards people she didn’t even know. Mom loves our Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ with all her heart, a more dedicated servant to our Lord you will never find. Loved by all, she will be missed.    

Beth is survived by her brother, David Lee Thompson; sister, Sharron J Shill; children, Jean Marie Johnston and Michel David Gentry; adopted children, Connie Lee Wheeler and Joseph Ray and his wife, Conchi Baum; her grandchildren, Justin, Cassidy, Tja, Chantell, Christopher, Danny, Kaylee, Katlynn, Lentz, Sherri and Heath; her great-grandchildren; Jaden, Merrick, Haelee, Katelynn, Kimberlee and numerous nieces, nephews and friends that she considered family.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 11am at the Flagstaff Linda Vista Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (2401 E.
