Mike was my Uncle, and what a great Uncle he was. He had the most amazing smile, and a heart of gold. He helped both of my brothers and was an amazing example to me! I got the privilege of staying with Gramps while Aunt Carolyn and Uncle Mike took some time off. Watching Mike interact with my Grandpa, his wife Carolyn and his daughters Tonya and Kristen was an inspiration to me. I have always loved him for that, and that is what I think of when I think of Uncle Mike. Tonya and Kristen you had a really great Dad and I am sorry. Much Love to you both.

Mike and I had so many fun times together while we were growing up in Bristow, Oklahoma. We rode bikes, swam, walked miles, and he even tried to help me golf. He was charming, funny, and had the most beautiful smile. Later when we both moved to Arizona and became desert rats, I was able to see him occasionally. I will certainly miss him.

I loved growing up in Bristow, OK, because everyone was friends with everyone else. Mike was always so much fun to be with and always with a story to tell. He married one of my best friends, Carol, and they were blessed with two beautiful girls. I remember having a great time in their Phoenix home. I'm so glad I got to take mother to see he and Candi in Arizona before mother passed away. My sincere condolences to all the family.

Daddy I miss you so much. You were always there for me in high school. We had a lot of fun at the Biltmore, on the golf course, and at softball and the gym on Bethany. Funny telling people I learned to drive in a golf cart first, but it’s true! Remember when we both got on Herbalife? I think you wanted me to have more vitamins. We used to sit at the dining room table Andreas the paper every morning- you’d read sports and I’d read lifestyle and comics and eat my sourdough toast with butter, broiled, with any non broiled bread torn off the back. And you took me to see Dr Lemberg and you were so good when I was sick.i don’t have I say I love you cuz you know that. I’m so lucky Kris and I were there holding your hands when your body left us.

A 40+ years of friendship is so hard to lose. The only joy is Mike finding peace when so ill. Your girls got to be with you as well as your ex/friend. May you find heaven all you hoped for.BqGgf

Mike, my high school sweetheart, husband for 19 years and father of our two girls, Tonya and Kristen, was a good man.
He was a successful business man and worked until the day he passed so he could be an excellent provider for my girls and I and for his second family, Candi and Caitlyn, He was an outstanding softball coach to our girls for years, an incredible son-in-law to my dad, a great golfer, and loving friend to us and our many friends in Phoenix, even after our divorce.
We were blessed to be there with him when he left this world.
