Obituary of Kelly Elizabeth Ward

Kelly Ward, only 59 years old when passed away on Feb. 25th 2020 at Cottonwood hospital of a massive heart attack. She was the widow of Bruce Ward, the two of them shared 27 years of marriage together. Both served 20+ years in the Air Force. Kelly was born here in Cottonwood Arizona. The 3rd daughter of Melvin and Scharolette Sloan, she attended Camp Verde schools and went on to join the United States Air Force. She is survived by her children, daughter Melissa and Jack Chapman their children Collin, Jordan, Christopher and Brandi Chapman, her son Christopher Ward his children Emma Caie and Steele Pistol, Her stepdaughter Joanna and Chris Buckley, their children Zach, Raelyn and Ethan and their 2 children, Christina and Josh, Her stepson David Ward his children Sean Ward his children, Stephanie Ward and her children. The family will have memorial services at Bueler Funeral Home March 5th @ 11am. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Heart Association.
