Obituary of Gordon Robert Williams
Gordon Robert Williams of Clarkdale, Arizona, Age 74, passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home on Sunday, July 26th, 2020 at 1:45am after struggling a long time with heart issues.
Gordon was born in Hempstead, New York on March 3, 1946. He worked as an electrical technician. He and his wife had many travel adventures in Central America and in Baja, California where he spent many winters in a fishing village called Mulege with his wife Natalie.
He loved all types of electrical gadgets and even had a weather station in his home. He spent many hours listening to his favorite music from the 60’s and 70’s and going to folk festivals and music concerts. He loved his Balanese cats Sam and Sophie and all cats loved him. He was the cat Buddah. His sweet and tender ways will be missed by those who knew him.
Gordon was survived in life by his wife of 34 years Natalie Mattson Williams and his sister Kathryn Williams Perrucci of Massapequa, New York. He was preceded in death by his father Gordon Reese Williams and his mother Regina Madelyn O’Brien and his brother Hamilton Rickaby Williams.
