Obituary of Kenneth Leroy Schnepp

A limb has fallen from the family tree. I keep hearing a voice that says, Grieve not for me. Remember the best times, the laughter and the song. The good life I lived while I was strong. Continue my heritage, I am counting on you. Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through. My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest. Remembering all, how I was truly blessed. Continue tradition no matter how small. Go on with your life, do not worry about the falls. I will miss you all dearly, so keep up your chin, Until the day comes when we are together again. Kenneth Leroy Schnepp 64 of Rimrock, Arizona passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021, in the Phoenix VA Hospital. He was born in Fremont, MI on January 7, 1957, to the late Kenneth L Schnepp Sr and Cecelia Caulkins. He joined the US Navy in 1975 and served his country. He was a member of Union 469 for 35+ years. He was a man that always made people smile with his humor along with a sometimes warped sense of humor. He made a life for his family by working hard, never giving up, and always doing right. Ken had a big heart and would help anyone. Ken fiercely loved his kids and grandchildren. He showed his undying love every day and enjoyed their visits. Ken loved music and played several instruments including his favorite guitar. He had fun making videos, singing, and writing songs for his family. Ken met his wife Lori in 2009 and knew he had met his soul mate for life. He is survived by his wife Lori Schnepp, his children Jim (Stephanie) of North Carolina, Holly (Deven) of Maine, Jenesia of Surprise, Kyler (Canji) of Surprise, Amber (Mike) of Phoenix, Shelby (Gary) of Surprise and stepsons William (Serena) of Rimrock and Matthew (Colleen) of Colorado, along with 22 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Larry, Mary, Juanita, Theresa, and Tom and so many other family members. Preceded in death by his parents, sister Viola, and brothers, Keith, Donnie, and Robert. No memorial will be planned at this time, but planning on a summer memorial to honor his life.
