Words just cannot express how my heart breaks at Brian's loss. Watching him grow up, celebrating his running accomplishments, Good Lord, that smile and laugh. Any time our paths crossed there were big smiles and hugs and I was so proud of him. Katherine, I cannot fathom your hurt. I wish I could just hug you and have a good cry. Love to You and and all of the Siblings. I will wear my Clarkdale Liberty Run shirt with even more pride. Run free Brian. We will take a good trail run on the other side when I get there.

SFC Marquez was a friend, mentor and a fellow soldier. He cared about not only the unit, but my personal family as well.
He was a true leader and I will greatly miss the conversations we had over the years.
