Obituary of Lucinda Ann Pusher

Lucinda Pusher a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, and Friend went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 31, 2021 after a hard-fought battle against Covid and stage 2 pneumonia. Lucinda was born to Oscar and Iva Pusher on January 4, 1944 in Middle Verde, Arizona. She is preceded in death by her parents; son Leander Coriz, daughter Iva Coriz, brothers Charley, Cleveland and Lawerence Pusher, sisters Oralee Pusher and Isabelle Meat, she is survived by her brothers Troy and Kenneth Quimayousie, and sister Clara Alvarado children; daughter Ida Coriz, Son Martin (Peggy) Loretto, grandchildren Cyrus, Justin, Kaylene, Delia, and Courtney Coriz, and many great-grandchildren. Lucinda was the oldest out of 12 siblings, she was a homemaker known for her love and dedication to her family. She loved watching and feeding the birds, she loved flowers especially roses and the color purple. She loved telling stories of her life growing up and of the Apache traditional ways of life, she loved listening and singing to her Apache songs, attending Apache Cultural events such as Apache Sunrise ceremonies, and Apache Social dances, also speaking her Apache language, and spending time with family. Visitation service will be held at the Bueler Funeral Home in Camp Verde, Arizona on Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 10 AM till 1 PM. Following after will be Yavapai-Apache Nation Police escort to the Yavapai-Apache Nation Cemetery for Burial Service in Middle Verde, Arizona.
