Dear Jan and Lahna,
You girls had a beautiful and precious mom. We will never forget her smile and her laugh. We always appreciated her phone calls to keep us up to date after we left Cottonwood. She was so kind to everyone. We remember her frequently spending hours in the Emergency Room with friends and church members who were ill. When she could no longer drive, Bill would drive and Irene would care for the patient. We had the privilege of dining in her warm and inviting home on her most delicious food. She was a very gracious hostess. My parents, Lester & Geraldine Border enjoyed Bill and Irene's friendship so very much. The world was simply a better place with Bill and Irene in it. We are thankful that we will see them again, when Jesus calls them from their sleep.
