She waits to be reunited with her husband, Scott Richey Sr, two sisters Teri and Linda, sons Scott and his wife Alyssa, Shawn and his wife Stephanie, and daughter Shannon and her husband Krist. Grandchildren Tyler and his wife Shannon, Nathan, Dylan, Faye, Danielle, and Alianna. Great grandchildren Emmett, Finn, and Addison. She also leaves behind sisters, niece Amanda, nephew Jacob, nieces Stephanie, Renee, and Jenna and seven great nieces and five great nephews.
Elizabeth Ann Richey, a selfless, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. A devout follower of Christ, Liz attended First Southern Baptist Church of Cornville and taught Vacation Bible School without fail. Her greatest happiness was being with her family. Like her father Hal, Liz truly looked forward to the Christmas family gathering because that was always a family reunion.
The Celebration of Life will be held at First Southern Baptist Church of Cornville on Saturday, August 7th, 2021 at 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to House of Ruth Pregnancy Care Center, and will go towards the purchase of children’s Bibles. Liz spent her life teaching littles about Jesus, and we think this would make her happy.
