Holly, what a shock to open my mail this morning and read about Bob's passing. I knew when I spoke to you the last time that something must be very wrong, as this is the first time I called that I was unable to speak to Bob. What a loving "best friend and wife" you have been to one of my best friends during my junior high and high school years in Enid. I know he passed under the best care in the world with you continuing to keep him at home. I will always cherish the fun times we had and remember him in my heart. May the Good Lord keep and Bless you, Stephen, and Teresa. I remember us as part of the "Four Aces" during our days in school, Bob, me, Vance and Doug Moulton, and Bob Worth. We had some good times. I remember when he returned from "boot camp" and walked up to Miss Eva Young's class and said "Come on Dude". Of course that was my last day of high school, as I did "Come on" and when he left to report to his duty station, I enlisted. Seems like only yesterday. I regret that I never had the pleasure of meeting you in person, Bob was very fortunate to have found a woman as good as you. I know he loved you as much as you loved him. Take care. I will be thinking about you. Roger.
